“Our stay was marred by a fire alarm that went off at 9:30 AM on 8/9/2026. We followed instructions and exited our room, but we received no information or "all clear" signal from the staff. It was concerning to see employees working in the lobby as if no emergency was taking place. Additionally, the hotel hosted a wedding and a cocktail hour during our stay, which impacted the overall experience. We felt very uncomfortable walking through the wedding guests with our bags , I think this area……

“Unprofessional desk staff. Had their family members there in the lobby carrying on. Later desk staff member sat in "lounge" with other staff members hanging out, not at desk. It's a low grade motel with trashy staff but you probably fillrd it so what would you care.”

“Absolutely beautiful house. Minor issue upon check in, the wrong entry code was given prompting us to reach out to guests services. Once the host was contacted, check in was simple. Other issues included the linen in two of the bedrooms were not changed from previous guests. Master bedroom and children’s bunk beds had previously used sheets on the beds. The floors throughout could have been mopped prior to our stay, we noticed upon walking barefoot and with white socks on. The master shower had……

“We arrived at the property to find it was closed. No advanced notice. We had called the hotel several times to alert them that we would not arrive until after 8, phone message said they were busy helping other customers or had stepped away from the desk. Had to find another hotel at 8:30 on a Friday night.”

“We booked this house for a group of 4 of us. The house could have comfortably held at least another 2 people. My first impression was just of how large it was.. large and CLEAN! The bathrooms, kitchen, porch, towels, bedding, everything was in great condition. My favorite parts of the house were the top deck, the spiral staircase, and the cliffs out back. You could hear the waves from below while relaxing with coffee on the top deck. The number of stars visible at night were breathtaking. I……
