The only issue I had with my stay is that the beds are extremely hard and they do not have a hot breakfast. This was disappointing because those are my only two requirements on business stays. When booking stays for work I just need a comfy bed and breakfast in the morning to take to work. Here, this place lacks and was disappointing, no one wants cold breakfast or cereal when staying in a nice place like this. With $100+ a night stays, the breakfast can be and should be better. But other than those two the staff (other than one lady who takes her job wayyy too seriously), other than her, the staff and the stay was excellent.

The AC unit in our room was extremely loud. We even considered turning it off for the whole night, but the room became too warm. Every time it turned on, the noise would wake us up. Another issue was the plumbing noise. Whenever someone in the room above or next to us used water, we could hear loud pipe noises in our room, even late at night. The door lock also felt loose, which didn’t feel very secure. At night we called the front desk asking if they had hot water and tea bags available, but they said they didn’t, which was honestly surprising. Breakfast was very basic — just bread, bagels, butter, cream cheese, and jam... The breakfast service was also quite weak; items kept running out and they would only bring a few pieces at a time while many guests were waiting. The only positive point was the free parking.

There was a live water bug in my bathroom. The renovations looked a bit unfinished i.e. seams, paint, windows. The lock on the door was loose. The beds were fresh and comfortable. The ice machines aren't on every floor. The walls are paper thin. The breakfast was disappointing; bagels, cereal cups and fruit juice. The furniture was nice and modern. Checking in and out was seamless. The location is excellent. Overall my stay was not what I'm used to.

My stay it was OK. It could’ve been better. Bad part of my stay They were short staffed they had one person working the check in and check out. I called downstairs to get a blanket. No one never came. I called several times I had to come and get it myself. The continental breakfast was not good at all. They had old bread and greenish brown bananas, the bed was hard as hell the worst bid ever the restaurant in the inside is closed down they allow people to bring dogs in the hotel. the good part of my stay hotel was had a shuttle van that took you to the casinos and the outlet and the hotel was in walking distance of local shopping centers and they offered free bottled water they offer free parking
