“The room was spacious and the beds comfy. The front desk staff were very friendly. Good breakfast selection.”

“Room was very nice snd clean. Staff always said hello and smiled. Lots of parking. Quite even though the hotel was busy.”

“Stay was good. But, fridge in my room froze all my vegetables and water and other stuff. Thermostat was taped together with scotch tape and had a hard time adjusting. Bathroom tub was older, and soap dish holder in tub, was twisted and had mold under it.”

“The room was very nice and very clean and the breakfast was good. One problem was the noise. I was located next to an exit door and throughout the night when the door slammed shut with a bang (which was at least 10 times), I awoke from sleep. Also, the TV did not work. One staff member came to fix the TV and was unsuccessful. She said someone else would come to fix it, but no one came. Hence, no TV.”

“I had some difficulty understanding the lady who checked us in as she had an obvious speech impediment and an accent. She booked us into the wrong room and we then had to move once it was realized. The flags that fly over the hotel were in tatters and needed replacing. The back door to the parking lot was not closed every time we came into the hotel (4x) . It would not self close upon using. ”

“The particular placement of the property was not ideal although it was close to the venue we were visiting and the location was close to other sites we visited. We enjoyed our stay & would choose the the hotel again for our next visit.”

“There was water damage to the ceiling and wall in the bathroom but otherwise not bad”

“Breakfast was good and the staff are helpful. Room needed more attention including the air conditioner (loud). Maybe because the whole hotel is under extensive maintenance.”
