「We spent a couple days exploring the Buffalo River area and were looking for a nice hotel to base our trip out of. The lobby looks immaculate in the pictures, and the lobby was probably the best feature of the hotel. The staff wasn’t terribly helpful, the rooms were small and oddly arranged, their breakfast consisted of granola bars, there was no convenient food reasonably close, and the rooms felt dated and worn. I understand that this hotel was built in the 20’s, but I was expecting it to have...

「The room looked like it had recently been remodeled, and was clean. They don't do breakfast anymore, but they had a coffee station. Pool was not open while I was there not sure why. Motel was very close to restaurants and not far from the main strip.」

「It is an older facility they are trying to keep up. Our room was a handicapped roll in shower room. They had made over the bathroom but should have put an additional floor drain in outside of the actual shower, and a longer tube on the hand-held shower head, as well as a holder closer to the height of the horizontal grab bar for it. 「The hotel was very clean. Check in and out easy, breakfast buffet was the usual ones at hotel, ok, and the entrance was inviting. The only thing that made it a 4 was that the room and BR quite tight. I really wouldn't have a problem recommending it or staying there again.」

「The outdoor hot tub was broken. The kitchen sink cabinet was broken and had been poorly fixed that when i went to do dishes it fell on my toe. There was mold under the kitchen sink. Also, there was so much corrosion around the bathroom tub faucet that you could see into the wall. The DVD player didn't work and there should be instructions on how to connect to the DVD to the TV. Even with all these deficits the overall room was clean and had what we needed to have a good time.」
