You first walk across the top of the arch, it is so big that you are halfway across before you notice your not just on a narrow rock path. then you circle around to be under the arch.

Very cozy spot. Cant wait until the “rookery” is open. Note that ac is not gonna keep a tent much cooler than 80 on a 90 above day, but it was all still a luxury. One of my fave places I’ve stayed near the gorge, will definitely be back.
