“Great staff, very friendly and attentive. The hotel is an old house, but it has been well maintained and has a really cool vibe. We loved the bar and lobby area as well as the restaurant. The drinks and food were 10/10! ”

“The dirtiest motel I have seen ever. There was holes in the walls. The carpet was 20 year-old filthy nasty rag. The bed smelt bad. The air conditioner was broken and halfway out of the wall. The shower was filthy. Missing tile toilet hadn’t been cleaned in a long time, place was extremely dirty.”

“The old adage that you get what you pay for is true. The room was mostly fine, bed was comfortable. But they really need to replace the carpets. It smelled really musty, and the room in general smelled old and stale. Also, bathtub fixtures need replacing - the bathtub faucet handle cover came off in my hand, and the caulk repair looked like it was glopped on by a blind monkey. They put a lot of lipstick on the pig, but it's obvious that the hotel is old and inadequately renovated. ”

“The Dome was a wonderful place to stay! The owner was very responsive. Everything we could possibly need was there. And sitting on the deck and listening to river was so very peaceful. We loved our stay!”

“The condo is unique and right next to the spa. Both bedrooms are comfy. The commons areas were roomy. I loved the higher ceilings. The owner and staff were very accommodating. It’s especially nice if you are doing multiple spa sessions. There is no telephone service unless you use What’s App or Facebook. But we had great WIFI service. It’s only a 10 min drive back to White Sulphur Springs or 20 min to Lewisburg. I normally stay in Lewisburg, but this was so much nicer for a spa stay, or two……

“Smell of dog or pet, lights to light up the steps did not work, railing had railing supports sticking out and hit leg on them (bruise). The no ceiling between rooms was not god at all. This should be absolutely pointed out in the beginning of the description.”

“Very clean, welcoming. We had a wedding to attend in Anderson, and the home was very accommodating for my children and grand children. Great host!”
