「Very detailed check in instructions. Condo is clean and very nice with great proximity to downtown Greenville restaurants, parks, etc. Parking in garage behind condo is $10 per day. Communication with host was super easy and he was very responsive and thoughtful.」

「Upon entering the unit my jaw dropped. It was exactly as pretty and spacious as the pictures showed. Everything was clean and organized. We didn’t cook, but if we did there were storage dishes available for leftovers. There is so much space I was able to do a Pilates workout in the living room with ease. The bed is comfy and cozy. This space worked perfectly for me and my husband. It’s located right downtown, walking distance to all the restaurants and the arena, yet so quiet!!! I wish we could...

「Thanks to Olivia for her quick response to our questions. The property was right in the center of all the action. Nice, large patio, full size w/d and all you need with a two bedroom condo.」

「Great location to downtown」

「We had a fantastic stay at this VRBO! The location couldn't have been better—just a short walk to downtown Greenville, so we were able to enjoy Falls Park, Main Street, great restaurants, shopping, and nightlife without worrying about parking (multi-deck parking garage right next door, with 4 EV chargers {included with 10 daily fee}).The home was spotless, comfortable, and exactly as described. It had everything we needed for a relaxing stay, and the neighborhood felt safe and quiet despite...

「Absolutely perfect location. You can walk everywhere from here. Very large and modern 2/2.5 unit.」

「The location is fantastic. It is in the heart of downtown and everything was an easy walk or you can rent electric bikes and hop on the rabbit swamp trail. It was clean and the beds were very comfortable. Showers had body wash as well as shampoo and conditioner. We had an issue with some lights and Bill came the next morning to fix it. You do hear the music at night, but it did not bother us.」

「Loved staying here! Way more than enough room for a family of five with kids aged 6, 4, and 2. The home had everything we needed, the furniture was comfortable, the rooftop was divine in the middle of the city, the owner was very friendly, and the location couldn't be beat. We absolutely want to stay here again!」

「Gorgeous is right! Beautiful condo in the heart of the city. Clean, spacious, great location and had everything we needed. John was an awesome host. This will be our go to spot in Greenville.」

「My wife and I were there to check out the area. The location was great. Walkable to the downtown area. There is a busy street nearby but the rooms have sound machines that eliminated that as an issue. Next time we go to Greenville, we will see if this place is available.」

「Condo was immaculate, very cozy & inviting! All the amenities you could need! Bed was sooo comfortable! Host responded quickly when we had a question. We loved our three day stay!! Walking distance to restaurants, shops, Falls park, swamp rabbit trail. Cannot wait to return to Greenville & stay again!」

「Well appointed with many thoughtful small details from soaps and snacks to a fully functioning kitchen ready for cooking a gourmet meal (one of the best equipped kitchens I have ever seen in a rental). The space is comfortable and decorated tastefully. We highly recommend. The parking is convenient. The location is awesome, one block off of Main Street. The only constructive criticism is that the outdoor courtyard doesn't have the furnishings to make it comfortable to enjoy for any length of...

「Our 2nd stay here and we will keep coming back each time were in town! The location is unbeatable, the apartment is super clean and beautiful. Has everything you need. 10/10 recommend!」

「It was a great condo and even better location right off North Main. The condo was clean and comfortable with lots of storage. The beds were comfortable and the linens were good quality. For longer stays, the lack of view from any of the windows may bother me but it's just fine for a week or long weekend. I would stay again for future visits.」

「Really nice accommodation close to downtown. We will definitely stay here again the next time we are in Greenville. This particular suite featured a private office with a view of downtown—what a great surprise!」

「Super clean with comfy beds. Would definitely stay there again. Recommend bringing your own bath soap and shampoo, they only provide hand soap.」
