Beautiful Home Close To Everything

Hello everyone, and thank you for considering staying at my home! It has been fully furnished by a professional interior designer and looks fantastic!

Quick acccess to 385 and 85 and literally hundreds of stores and restaurants on Woodruff Rd, Haywood Rd (Mall), and Pelham Rds that are all within a couple miles from the house. Downtown is 7 miles or maybe 10 minutes away straight up 385. The house is on a somewhat busy road so keep that in mind when booking.

Updated kitchen opens up in to the Great Room. Dining room, Laundry, Powder Room, game room are also downstairs. The four bedrooms are upstairs with a master bath and hall bath. Nice, brick floored screened porch out back with a view of dense foliage. The yard is large, mostly level, and completely fenced.

The driveway is long and can accommodate 5 cars without anyone blocking anyone else. Guests have access to the two car garage.

We booked this property due to its proximity to our daughter who lives in the area and the fact that it allowed dogs. The location was great - we could get downtown quickly and easily. It is on a busy road, but that did not bother us. The fenced backyard is great and the screened in porch is wonderful. Landon was a cordial host (and we appreciated his coffee cup humor). The home does need some TLC - the transition piece from kitchen to living area was broken and a tripping hazard, some blinds were broken, the couch was torn, etc. Also the kitchen could benefit from the addition of a nonstick pan! All in all, the house fit our needs for the time frame and we were comfortable while there. Thank you!

Great place for us with 4 guys going to the basketball games in town. Plenty of room. It is on a busy street, but the road noise was not an issue. Enjoyable stay.

Host was outstanding! Very responsive and everything you need is there!!! We stayed as family of 7 and enjoyed every moment. The only thing I would suggest is window dressings on the back doors and front door side panels (den, kitchen, wash room and front door side panels). If those are added... I would definitely stay again.

We were entertaining family for 2 days- the oven was too small to cook a large turkey-we had to change the entree. That was a big issue-There was a large tripping hazard, with the tranistion piece of flooring from kitchen to den area. Manual can opener did not work. Need a couple more pots We enjoyed our stay- large areas to move around inside the house. Back yard was nice for the kids!!

My family was visiting from Germany. 7 adults and one child age 10. They loved the house for its roominess. Two 19 year-old-boys took the big bedroom and were delighted because they had been squeezing into small spaces for three weeks of their tour of Florida and South Carolina, They had no problems. it was well located. Only thing they had to purchase was a hair dryer. You may need to replace that one.

Great location, great house!

The house is close to everything! Conveniently located although there is a bit much traffic because it’s on a main road. Hard to sleep in the front rooms because of traffic noise. The room over the garage was very hot. There was a very bad smell in the garage because previous tenant did not take out the trash and had left it in the garage. Which is why I gave it a four rating —-other than that everything else was good. Host very easy to reach.

Came from out of town for a wedding

We loved the house and location. On a busy main road but we didnt mind was close to everything in greenville. has fenced pretty bad yard if you have kids or dogs with you. House was clean and very nice and comfortable, well stocked. Loved the enclosed porch! Very comfortable home. we had some minor issues but Landon responded right away and came out to fix them. Will stay here again when we visit our family!!

This house was very nice and clean. The beds were super comfortable. It is located not too far from downtown which was great. We definitely enjoyed our stay here. Communication with the property manager was very easy and timely. No complaints from our group.

Excellent Home So Close To Absolutely Everything

This home was perfect for our family. It was spacious, clean and welcoming. Super easy check in process....no issues at all. We very much appreciated we could bring our senior dog with us too! The fenced in backyard made it that much more easy on us! Even though you cant really back out of the driveway, the driveway itself is huge. So you can turn the car around in the driveway which made things a breeze. This home is about 30 seconds to the mall lol...and so close to everything else. Everything was great! Thank you again!

In for a funeral

Due to the timing after an unexpected death in our family, we had to add days in the front and back end of our original booking. Landon was very accommodating and understanding of our situation.The house is very clean, spacious and comfortable. We also appreciated the many extras that were available that you don't often find in other VRBOs such as spices, cooking oil, laundry and dish detergent, coffee etc.I gave 4 stars on location only because the home is on a main road and sometimes the cars could be loud, but not so bad that we wouldn't stay here again.

In town for funeral

Due to the uncertainty of timing on the unexpected death of a family member, we needed to add additional days to our stay at the front and back end. The owner was very accommodating. The amenities were plentiful and one of the rare places we have stayed that had things like cooking oil, spices, coffee, laundry provisions, etc. due to short notice, we had to bring our dog. Thankfully the yard is large and fenced in.

Fine house with room and rooms

I met my sister and her family for the weekend in Greenville. She has a young puppy, and an older dog - so we needed a pet friendly house for the weekend. This was a great size for the group, and the house was clean and suited our needs. Not having pets myself, it was immediately apparent that the house had previously had cats - but really, that's fine - we asked for a pet friendly house. Thanks for a good weekend.

The size and location of this home were great! There was a bit of an odor in the house from check-in throughout our stay. Bathroom cleanliness could be improved; in particular the shower liner in the guest bathroom needs to be replaced. Overall we had a good stay at this home!
