If we hadn’t checked in after midnight, we would have walked right out. Disgustingly filthy, holes in the bedding, dirt smears on the underneath bedding, door wouldn’t shut unless deadbolted, but still sounded like it was wide open. Bathroom was the worst, bugs crawling on the wall, even the top of the toilet seat didn’t look like it had been cleaned so we couldn’t lay clothes on it to change. Beds felt smaller than double and extremely uncomfortable. The only positive was the flat and fitted sheet did look clean, just the underneath bedding was dirty. We stripped the beds to the clean sheets and used our own blankets to sleep under.

Staff was very accommodating, but the hotel remodel has everything in a mess. I would suggest staying elsewhere until they finish all of the repairs.

I liked the location and options for food. I wanted it for the laundry and business center options. Unfortunately the washer was being replaced and the business center computer didn’t work. The front desk did print out my paperwork that I emailed to them. It does have semi truck parking. A Mexican restaurant is right in front. My room was comfortable but my refrigerator didn’t work. Over all, it was a great stay.

Definitely need to book online, rather than try to check in at hotel. I was told a king-size bed room for 1 night would be $108 before taxes. Went outside, got on-line and got same room for $71. Nothing fancy, but was clean.

No downstairs rooms was available. Learned this after paying full price with no chance of refund. Heat did not work in room either. Would not recommend.

The room was somewhat clean, except for the bathroom. My son's room was not very clean. The sheets were torn, the couch/futon had mice droppings in it. The shower/bathtub grout needs deep cleaning. The nightly crew was super nice. Check in was pretty easy n fast. It was difficult to have to drag 4 small children to the lobby in order for them to be able to eat breakfast. We were told we could not have food in the rooms. Yet, there is a mini fridge and a microwave in the rooms.

Hotels.com let me down
My stay would have been good except that my reservation thru hotels.com was never received at the hotel. I had to wait on the phone for reservation agent to find my info and forward to hotel for me to get my room. The person at the front desk was very nice to me, her name was Lisa. she could not find my reservation because hotels.com/expedia did not send to the hotel.

It was a decent room for the night, was just a quick stop on our way to Florida. I forgot my pillow when we left and when I called to tell them they were extremely helpful and held it for me until after our vacation. Staff is very friendly and kind.

My experience was not very joyful. The a/c unit did not cool the room like it should, making it very uncomfortable. The bedding contained cigarette burns throughout. The room had an unpleasant smell making it feel uninviting. The front desk service was the best part of the stay overall. The staff was friendly and professional.
