We ordered jet skis for one day and the staff helped organize so they were brought right to our beach. I cannot thank the staff enough for being available for us S well as organizing excursions. “Really beautiful property. Everyone is really nice. Bed very comfy. Had everything we needed for the week. About a 10 minute a walk to Sunset beach. You do want to rent a car as it is in Leeward beach area. Short drive to Grace Bay. Pool area is super nice with jacuzzi. ”

“Place was beautiful and well maintained. Staff was great. My only complaint was location. Not near anything walkable. Definitely need to rent a car to buy groceries or go to eat as taxis are very expensive and no restaurants near by.”

“This is a great place to stay if you want some privacy and a nice quiet area to be in. It was also fairly well located. We didn’t have an extremely long drive anywhere maybe an hour or so to the farthest place. We enjoyed middle Caicos also the swimming pool was wonderful to have in the entire location private enough for all natural tanning if that’s what you want they provided a bag of ice, which is quite helpful and nice to have on premises and there was also a propane fueled gas grill on the……

The inside of the villa and the exterior steps, porches, etc. were all immaculately clean! All the necessities worked well! The WIFI was super fast! Mac, who is the on island point of contact, was very friendly, helpful, and informative. The owners quickly responded to messages via the VRBO app/website.
