Beautiful hotel with very close proximity to walk to the Space Needle and City Center. However longer, about 30 minute walk to boardwalk area and Pike Place. Beds are comfortable and room was clean. Elevators were painfully slow!! It would also been nice to check in earlier but at least they offer to hold your bags for free. Not too many breakfast options close by but the Safeway grocery store was around the block.

This hotel is amazing and worth every penny

I had a reservation for two rooms and I got the first room earlier than check in time which was nice but my second room wasn’t available until after 6pm. I called the staff numerous times to get an update and was told they were busy and I needed to wait. I expected better service and some time of compensation while we waited but nothing. They offered us water. I guess I just expected better service at a hotel of quality. On another note the suite was amazing, the food was delicious, gym was great but just disappointed with the service. They could have at least offered me a late check out for getting my room 2 hours later than usual. Great hotel but the service needs work. Also, I understand there was a concert both Friday and Saturday night but Managment should have had more staffed more employees to ensure rooms were cleaned before the next guest arrived

Old historic hotel with a European ambiance. The location was the best we could have chosen. We could walk or take the monorail easily. Great stay.

Great hotel and location, nice pool and adjacent coffee shop was excellent.
