「Yann and Eva have us easy instructions to get inside the property and parking was easy and secure. Both of these were important to us as we travelled with a large car. The flat itself was even more spacious and well presented than we imagined, and the location was perfect , just a three minute walk to the beach or ten minute walk to the main tourist area . The price was one of the best in Antibes that accommodated our family. If we are lucky enough ever to come to Antibes again we would...

「I was smitten by this charming and cozy apartment. Located only a two minute walk from the beach Plage du Midi, it is perfectly located for a quiet and bucolic stay in Cannes. All the amenities were available for our family of 3 to have a wonderful 9-day stay, I would highly recommend this property for a family wanting to enjoy and feel like they are "living" in Cannes.」

「Good for young party goers ONLY. Above an extremely loud restaurant for 300 people with loud music, techno DJ, live performers, inebriated guests until 2 am. Building front entrance always propped open by staff or random diners (all men) who would be sitting on the staircase smoking. Did not feel safe as a woman walking up 3 flights to my apartment. Nice location and new appliances. Clean enough but not thoroughly, corners not wiped, shower with mold. Bed comfortable. No couch just second bed.」

「The unit was very dirty with food crumbs on the kitchen counter and greasy fingerprints on the cupboard doors. The worst part was the sewer gas smell that permeated the unit that started while we were sleeping. It was so bad we had to keep the bathroom door closed and we avoided going in!! And there was only the one bathroom. We told the host of the problem and got no response at all. The redeeming quality of the apartment is the fantastic location.」

「Love the location. Close to the beach, shops and restaurants. Host was very helpful and responsive. Bedroom had blackout drapes which we prefer and best of all, the AC was cold which was much appreciated. Thank you for the wonderful stay.」

「Ms Elena was very helpful, the building is hard to find, so she came to get us from the junction. She also sent a cab to come pick us up. She explained everything to us about the apartment that we needed to know about. The owner was very thoughtful when I brought up a minor concern, he resolved the issue immediately. Communication was excellent. Elena gave us a departure gift. She also made it easy for an uber pick up to the airport at 330 am. That you Elena and Jack for your generosity」
