This is a great wee apartment for a couple. It is ideally placed for restaurants, shopping, people watching, accessing the beach and everything that Old Nice has to offer. Good for transport links too. The 5 flights of stairs are not for the faint hearted but its worth the effort and would happilybreturn here.

This is an amazing flat. The location is wonderful for experiencing the heart of old Niece. We enjoyed being able to open the balcony doors and see/hear the pulse of life happening in the plaza. The flat has everything needed for a comfortable stay that feels like you're staying in a luxury rental. We wish we could have stayed longer. We hope to return to this flat on our next stay in Nice.

The apartment itself is excellent and very clean & comfortable. The location is perfect and very central. This did mean that there was quite a bit of noise from the streets below, so we felt that the windows needed to stay closed overnight. There is an air conditioning unit in the front room though. Please be warned that there are A LOT of stairs leading to the apartment and NO lift - which is not a problem if you're young and fit, but wouldn't recommend for anyone with mobility issues. The inside of the building and staircase area is quite old and could do with some maintenance. There is paint peeling off the walls and loose wires everywhere. It has a rustic feel which is not unpleasant but did also seemed a little hazardous at times. All in all the apartment was perfectly located for our needs and we had a lovely stay. Thank you

Welcome by a person at the rental office. Apartment is on the 5th floor so 96 steps to reach it. Door to balcony would not lock closed so popped open occasional. Was told that a part had been ordered but not arrived. Apartment was reasonable clean but some of the cabinets were dusty and hadn't been wiped. The lights on a couple of the landings were poor so area was very dull at night.

The apartment is nicely decorated, and the location in old town is excellent. They are very clear before booking about the five flights of stairs with no elevator access. The kitchen is well equipped with a stove, oven, kettle, nespresso, and French press. The balcony is not large enough to use the table and chairs provided, only enough room for standing, and the balcony doors are very difficult to open. The house rules of taking trash down the street were not given on the VRBO platform, only provided on a card given to me at check in. I didn’t have the WiFi information and contacted the office twice because I didn’t receive their first reply, which they weren’t kind about. I later found the WiFi information printed in a frame in the living room, which would have been nice to know to look for. There is only heat or air conditioning in the living room, so the bedroom was cold at night. Showers were also cold; after a couple minutes the hot water ran out every time. I wished I had brought slippers because the floors were not very clean.
