"We liked how large the rooms were. Everything was fully stocked which was nice. The kitchen knives were terribly dull which was annoying but not the end of the world. The only pan in the apartment was an old nonstick pan which was all scratched and flaking off which is toxic so we had to make everything in a pot. "This place was great I was staying here with a friend I had not seen in 30 years, we wanted to be together so I picked this apartment it was perfect. It was roomy and yet we both had our private rooms with full bathrooms I would recommend and I would stay there again in a heartbeat. We only had one issue and that was the door code stopped working, but another guest assisted us and they sent us the new code shortly after."

"Enjoyed the property and location of the property for the wife’s birthday “staycation”. Only issue we had was upon arrival. Code for front door did not work, room was 85° because thermostat was set to heat and there were some termites inside due to balcony door not being shut all the way. Not quite sure how I feel about the phone call received a day after booking and paying in full to ask the reason of our stay and to ensure we were not having a party since we were locals. We would book again...

Walking distance to neighborhood Panola St cafe which is great spot for breakfast /brunch , also short drive to Mid-Town for other restaurants.
