This Tuscan poolside getaway is strategically positioned between Greve in Chianti and Panzano, a few steps away from the Conca d’Oro, considered the pearl of Chianti, located perfectly for those looking to explore Tuscany's major cultural attractions.

Our Authentic Chianti’s Villa can be found just a few kilometers from the charming cities of Florence and Siena. The Villa offers a splendid garden, an exclusive pool with a sunbathing and solarium area with comfortable loungers, as well as a large and spacious outdoor dining area perfect for Al Fresco dining, WiFi, and air conditioning. Guests will also have access to on-site assistance and reception service.

The villa’s interiors are very bright and large with typical Tuscan furnishings arranged across the ground and first floor.

On the ground floor, you’ll find a living and dining room with a sofas, two armchairs that can accommodate up to 10 people, a dining table for 25, the ceiling in this room is very high and you can see the first floor. There are many windows that let in natural light.



Terrace

There’s direct access to a private terrace which has a covered patio and a large dining table for 20



Kitchen

The spacious and fully equipped kitchen includes everything you need to prepare an unforgettable Italian dinner, including an oven, fridge and freezer, coffee maker, tea kettle, dishwasher, washing machine and toaster.



Second Living Room and Billiard Table

On the first floor (20 stairs from the ground floor), the second living room has a sofa, a table with chairs and a billiard table.

The Outdoor Private Swimming Pool is available for use from 1st May - 30th September from 8 am to 10 pm.

The Internet is free, Wi-Fi is available throughout the house.



Parking

Private parking is available on site, the price is 15€ per day
