Wonderful family vacation

This is a lovely chalet on a quiet hillside above the busy town of Grindelwald. The views from the house are stunning and we enjoyed the outdoor eating areas. Great kitchen with excellent equipment including fondue pots and raclette maker. Beds were comfortable. My only complaint is that the towels provided were flimsy and inadequate, 2 little towels per person. There should be a stack of extra towels provided along with some washcloths.

Cannot give anything else other than 5 stars purely for the location. Clean and well equipped kitchen. Comfy beds although the doubles were 2 camp beds pushed together. Nice cabin feel but could do with being updated. TV was too small but the view outside made up for this. WiFi was good with no dropping out at all. Bathrooms were dated but the water was hot and the showers were very powerful, Towels were not adequate for a weeks stay, one medium bath towel and one hand towel per person, we brought extra. Washing machine and dryer were handy, the QR codes for the tutorial video are a must watch. The sat nav address to collect the keys does't work, search for Golden India restaurant and Interhome is next door. The live chat on the app is slow, we waited more than a day for a reply on check in details prior to arrival and did not get a reply on check out details as we had to leave early for travel arrangements, we could not find a key drop off area at the Interhome office so had to leave the keys in the postbox at the property. The position of the Chalet is fantastic and the balcony area is brilliant for sitting out although a couple of recliner chairs would be an excellent addition. 5 Stars purely on the location!!!
