“I had no time to use the pool; in any case, the pool is really tiny, no room to swim. The biggest problem was that the shower had no hot water. Something must have been broken there because the faucet did have hot water. Also the water pressure in the shower was so strong that it splashed water everywhere, in the few minutes during which I attempted to get it to produce hot water for me. I ended up mopping the floor to make the bathroom usable at least as a toilet. ”

“Facilties were clean. Breakfast area was organized and well maintained. Location is easy to find and close to Legends shopping area. Front desk was courteious and extremely helful. Kaitlin went above and beyond to get a refund for us on unused reservation. This will be my go to hotel for the future in KC.”

“People from all walks of life come here and stay here long term. I paid 2x more in another state last week for same type of amenities. I was here for 2 days. Nothing bad or out of ordinary. No breakfast. They did have coffee in the morning tho.”

“It was a great time, my granddaughter had the best time and that's what's important. Build a bear great staff and very helpful but should have been more clear about the fee bear with the paw passes! Food prices a bit high but not bad enough wouldn't stay again. ”

“The hotel was an average stay overall. The location was okay—nothing particularly great but convenient enough for basic needs. The breakfast options were fairly limited and below average compared to similar hotels. One issue was that there was no toilet paper in the room upon arrival, which was inconvenient and should have been checked beforehand. Overall, the stay was fine but nothing special. It works for a short, budget-friendly stay, especially given the good price, but don’t expect much……
