Apartment in safe quiet neighborhood. Fully furnished equipped with AC ONLY in bedroom, WiFi, Cable, 32" TV with private entrance. 5 minute walk from the beach and the Rodney Bay strip of restaurants. Malls and entertainment less than 10 minutes walking distance away. Can assist with airport transfers, car rentals or booking tours. 1 Queen bed and 1 Single Airbed. Discount on 7 nights.

Accessible on ground level with private gate access. Full bedroom, living room, patio, kitchen, bathroom and walk-in closet. Equipped with AC in bedroom, washing machine, fridge, stove, microwave and toaster oven, ironing board/iron and standing fan.
1 Queen bed in the bedroom and a Single Airbed can be placed in the living room/common space.

I give my guests space but am available when needed. Private patio. No shared spaces. The house is on a corner lot and the apartment is adjoined to the main house with private access on a separate adjacent street. You may never see us but we are available to address your needs at the drop of a hat.

Picturesque residential area just a street off of the Rodney Bay Marina on one side and the Beach a few minutes away on the other side. All the top spots are within walking distance. One of the most popular areas known for its proximity to EVERYTHING from the beach, water sports, tours, ice cream, shopping, restaurants, clubs, bars, supermarkets and banks. Most things are within walking distance. It takes about 10-12 minutes to walk to the taxi areas or the public bus. You can also call a taxi which should take about 2-3 minutes.

Brilliant location, plenty of room

We were very pleased with this apartment. There's plenty of room, including a nice walled and sheltered patio surrounded by palms, in a lovely residential area that's five minutes walk from the beach, and five to ten minutes walk from all the shops and bars you could possibly want.

Good value accommodation in Rodney Bay

Lovely accommodation. Suitable for an independent couple. This accommodation is in an upmarket residential area a few minutes from the beach, and easy walking distance to town. Really suited the quiet holiday we were looking for. Rhonda was responsive to anything we asked about. Would recommend you take up Rhondas offer of booking a driver from the airport as well.

Great place in a great location

My wife and I spent 2 weeks here and it was perfect for us. It had everything we needed and is very close to the beach, shopping and great restaurants. Check out Chef Robby's for some great St. Lucian dishes. We loved this place. For me the only thing that could have been better is the bed. The mattress is too soft for my back.

Perfect Location, very much a beach stay

This was an excellent spot to stay in St Lucia, it couldn't be closer to the beach, the restaurants and the town. It doesn't have full impact air conditioning, so if that's something you need this might not be the place for you. If you are ok to sleep a little warm, and have a few nature bugs around, then it's the perfect spot! We had a fantastic time. The property manager is amazing, and made pickup from the airport super easy.

Rhonda's place

Overall we enjoyed our holiday to Rodney Bay. The host was very helpful and quick to respond to any queries we had. The beach is a 5 minute walk and the town about 10 minutes. There are plenty of bars restaurants nearby. The busses and taxies run pretty frequent once your'e on the main road. We found that the apartment itself was ideal for the two of us and would definitely stay there again. Thanks Rhonda regards N&K

Great apartment in a beautiful neighborhood. Easy walk to the beach and numerous restaurants. Host was extremely helpful and quick to answer any questions we had. Cant wait tk come back and do it again!

Beach access

The location of this flat is in a high end area of Gros Islet just off the Marina and close to Reduit Beach, 4 to 6 minute walk. Flat is spacious and clean with an air-conditioned bedroom and a powerful fan in the open living/dining/kitchen area. We'll supplied with everything you would ever need. Rhonda, our Host is super responsive and the best I've ever encountered.

Quaint, Close & Priced Right

The half house is very quaint. It's the little things that make this place better then the the slightly more expensive apts. The mostly private patio, hose to rinse off sand, big portable fan, the clothes line & the bucket. (it leaks but keep it full of water for temporary little to no water pressure, common through out the island). There are no beach towels. We bring micro fiber beach towels, dry fast on line. The host is super fast responsive, an it is well worth it for her to set up taxi from UVF to her place and back! (more then 1hr drive). Side note, customs will want address & phone num. for contact tracing of where you are staying. (At date of this posting). Brent H

Friendly family managed property

Had a comfortable stay here for a month. Rhonda was very friendly and responded immediately to any needs. Location is in upscale neighbourhood, a short walk to Reduit beach, but far enough away to avoid noise. There are many dogs in the area who alert for a short time as people walk by. All appliances worked really well. We did a lot of cooking so we could have used some additional utensils, but the minimum supplied would suit most. The A/C was very effective in the bedroom, less so in the main room. Keeping the bedroom door open and the fan on helped A lot. WiFi strength was very good as was TV, Netflix, etc. We would stay here again.
