"It is a very good hotel with friendly staff and room is of good size. This is the second time staying here but was very disappointing. We were welcome by a big fly in the room. When I tried to take a quick shower to wake me up for the 0635 flight, there’s no hot water and I had to take a cold water shower."

"It was my very first time experiencing water leaking from the ceiling!
I was about to take bath and suddenly I saw water on the floor in the bathroom. Then I was water falling along the wall and the door frame and the edge of the ceiling. It’s absolutely disgusting. Eventually , it was found that the bathroom floor of the room upstairs was full of water after bath. That’s the reason why water leaking to my room. Worse still, the hotel is full and I couldn’t get any room changed. "
