The price listed is based on an occupancy of up to 4 people. Each additional person is €15.00 per person per night, payable directly to the landlord at the time of booking.

Additional costs payable directly to the landlord at the time of booking are:

* Final cleaning starting at €200.00

* Water and electricity based on usage; billed afterward

* Security deposit: €750.00

Optional payment upon booking directly to the landlord:

* Mid-stay cleaning: €100.00

* Late checkout (if possible) €100.00

Cancellation policy:

Cancellation more than 3 months before the start of the rental period: 25% of the total amount (excluding the security deposit)

Cancellation between the 90th and 60th day before the start of the rental period: 50% of the total amount (excluding security deposit)

Cancellation less than 60 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the total amount (excluding the security deposit)

If the renter notifies us on the arrival date or during the rental period that they will not (or will no longer) be using the rental property, the renter remains liable for the full total amount (excluding the security deposit).
