Apartment was very clean and modern. Lighting was efficient. In a quiet area with exception of construction of new apartments close by. Very short 2 minute drive to resort beach. Resort has gated entry with security. Communication was quick and simple with email, local number, or WhatsApp for any needs.

The property is well maintained. Unit was spacious and equipped. Hytzach, is the lady who keeps the units clean and refreshes the towels. She is extremely accommodating. If there is anything lacking or that you need you just ask her, Nancy or Donald and they will see to it.

Liked the open views from our one bedroom, 2 bathrm unit with large terrace and it included a partial view of the ocean. The grounds are beautifully landscaped including the pool area. Kitchen is well stocked and Nancy was very helpful with any needs and questions. The walk to the beach is about 10-15 minutes and we loved the path route by the ocean. We stayed one week without a car and we brought along enough food for breakfast and a few other meals. Several restaurants are within walking distance. But for longer stays, a car is necessary as the grocery store is about 40 min. walk along roads with no sidewalks. (it is expensive by taxi).

If you need anything your only a phone call away. Very attentive! Check-in and out is simple and easy. Clean, great porches to relax on. Views of the golf course. Cannot beat it!

Breathtaking views...

Everythingvto making reservation to arrival to checkout was great. Donald was very accommodating upon our arrival brought extra towels, hair dryer and explained how to use microwave/oven combination. Arrival instructions were very explicit. Location to beach and restaurants are within walking distance,but it is hilly and we always rent a car anyway for exploring the island. However the condo, pool, beach are so wonderful you may not want to leave Blue Bay. Thank you again Green view we had a great time and are already planning our next stay.

This was the second time I rented with Green View and we had high hopes given our first experience. This time it was well below what we expected: - they use kind of a realtor lockbox on the door - only ours had the wrong key in it - so we had to wait quite a bit before we could enter our apartment (just what you want to do when traveling with little kids) - the door to the master bedroom did not close - took days to fix - the door to the bathroom did not close unless you really locked it - the dishwashing machine did not work - only got resolved 7 days into our stay (this was just bad management as there is no way it worked for the previous guests) - the airconditioning in the second guest room was not working well causing the floor to flood in the morning and consequently two of the family members tripped on the stone floors - the sliding doors to the terrace get stuck quite often and it takes some strength to open them - given the price per night you would at least expect some of the basic necessities to be provided - (paper towels in the kitchen, dishwashing detergent etc) The location is very centrally located - beautiful area - but there is a chance that depending on the wind you will smell the refinery. Obviously we were pleased the first time we stayed here, but given the issues we encountered the second time and the lack of response from the management in providing some discount and/or time to address the issues we encountered I would not recommend it ever.

Perfect Family Winter Holiday in Curacao

Green View is ideal for couples and families. The beds were comfortable compared to other rentals and it provided us an opportunity to see the Blue Bay Resort. We are planning on moving to Curacao in the near future and this showed us a welcoming environment. We highly recommend this property over any hotel stay. Makes you feel like you are living in Curacao.

Alles was netjes. Alleen weinig keukeninventaris.geen broodplank , geennwijnglazen , maar 2 schaaltjes . Geen theedoeken etc. Is ter plekke wel aangevuld. Goede schoonmaak en schoon . Tv zenders niet goed geregeld!!! Alleen Spaanse zenders en Amerikaanse . Geen BVN , vlgs beheerder daar , geen juist abonnement voor de TV. Groet H Tans
