「This was our first multi-day stay in The Netherlands and Pean left an excellent impression! Our nature house was better than expected on our arrival, very clean (especially the shower!), and the staff were exceptionally kind, friendly, and helpful. We made use of their sauna facility, which is very accessible and can include an ice bear dip in the lake, and we went shopping by boat - a wonderful holiday:)」

「整體來說還不錯，但是飯店人員不是很積極，我在15:00 check-in，可能太準時了，櫃檯人員打電話上去詢問房間好了嗎，然後說再請我們稍等五分鐘，我們到旁邊等待，中間一直有其他的旅客進來check-in，而他們都可以直接馬上入住，我們就這樣等等等，等了20分鐘，中間一直也有跟櫃檯人員對上眼，但她並沒有做任何表示，或是幫我們詢問房間，最後是我們等不下去才再次上前問房間好了嗎？櫃檯人員才打電話，然後告訴我們「好了」...那請問我們前面是在等心酸的嗎？這樣的態度實在令人失望！幸好後面的飯店整理、客服服務，還算是拉回了一點分數。」

「The room was nice and clean, the only downsides were how many random sets of stairs you have to drag your luggage up and down to get to the correct elevator if your room is in the other building. The two person bed room is really great if you want to sleep next to your partner without snuggling, as if they try they’ll get swallowed up by the beds separating, haha.」

「The hotel takes real care of its facilities and has clearly put an enormous amount of thought into enhancing the guest experience. The design and styling are full marks. The staff are courteous, and the extra-slow lift is absolutely adorable; I couldn't help but smile every time I rode in it. Even the floor in the loo lights up!」
