“Extremely poor communication and very hard to get a response. And in the end when I finally got a hold of someone, they let it slip that I'd be sharing a suite with three other guys! None of that was in the listing.”

“Staff were nice. Room was clean. The location was quite good. The pool was a little hard to find but pool was clean. We had a great time staying at the hotel.”

“Everything was clean and the room was very spacious. I would recommend!”

“員工友善，幫忙我們搬行李，給了很大的幫忙！！ 可惜沒有電梯，不是很方便之外，還把check in資訊裡的台灣放在中國欄位，資訊錯誤。 台灣不是中國，我們check in 的護照說明了一切。”

“Best hotel I've ever been to. Staff are super professional and provided excellent service.”

“It was convenient and nice”

“Probably the most comfortable hotel bed I have ever slept on. All the amenities you could ever ask for. Room was clean and well maintained. Staff was excellent for anything you needed. Can’t think of anything I would ask to be changed.”

“Location is perfectly centered downtown. Staff were helpful, restaurants were great, and the room was perfect for a weekend getaway.”

“Excellent location and nice amenities for a reasonable price. Within walking distance to some of Toronto's best attractions.”

“It near to Chinatown and near to downtown. Also, you might find out it is easy to access. Yet, I have faced there has party in hotel. And the party place is the main lobby, and I have to access and pass through many people. On the other hand, the hotel room seems not enough light to me. Therefore, I think for those not accept for very dark at night, you might not love this hotel.”
