「Enjoyed our stay! The house was very nice, updated, and clean. Loved the location, back porch, dock for our boat, and that I could bring my Corgi. He enjoyed his first time on our boat! The only issue that we had was when we arrived the Utility Trash Can was FULL by the Road. So, we had no where to place our kitchen trash over our 4 day stay. We hope to come back to stay soon. 「We enjoyed everything about our stay at Carey Cottage. Adorable decor, comfortable bed, great location. We didn’t use the canoes, paddle boards or kayaks this time but will definitely try when we return. The owners really thought of everything anyone would need plus more. 「We have lost count the times we have stayed here. We do know we were unable to come in 2023 due to other events going on and we sure missed it. This has become our home away from home and look forward to more stays here. On the 4th our grands were able to join us for a day in the water just chilling on floats by the dock. We love this location and Donna has become a family friend. Extremely responsive and quick to reply to messages.」

「Cottage was great and well kept, the pictures of the lake need to be updated on the listing as it was probably taken during the fall or winter when there is less brush. The walkway to the lake was beautiful but once down by the water the area was cluttered and not kept up. The area could use some clearing out and up keep. One of the reasons I chose these cottages is the cottage itself but also the lake being close and possibly being able to just chill down by the water but this was not the case....

「The place was great. Lots of room, and the house was clean. One of the boats slips is pretty useless with the floating dock in it, and the house could use an ac for each floor not just 1. Other than that it was an awsome place. Hot tub was perfect at the end of a long lake day. 」

「If you are looking for a secluded get away from society, this is the place. Located 30 minutes from any town in a private cove this cabin is a wonderful escape. It has a great swimming dock and LOVED the bunkhouse for the grandkids. 「It is a 4 star overall rating due to just a couple small things that I will communicate to the owner directly bc they are things I would expect happen with a rental over time. But overall we had such a great stay here. Erin, the owner, was fantastic to work with! She let us have an early check-in which ended up being a lifesaver. We planned to just drop off our groceries and hit the lake, but then it ended up rainy all afternoon so I am so grateful Erin let us check in early. We had fun grilling...
