「We loved the location and the place!! Very cozy and quiet! My only complaint would be to update the photos. It showed a bunk bed wth a full bed underneath up in the loft,which we accounted for, but there was only a queen air mattress along with a regular full/queen bed. So we had to make some adjustments. Other than that we really enjoyed our stay!!!」

「Hello! Just wanted to drop you a line and let you know I rated you 5 stars today. I booked the 2nd week due to the snow storm. I am SO GLAD it was available to continue my stay I did use the bag of salt on the back patio to salt the front and back stairs. so far so good on remembering to drip the pipes. I love the back patio lighting. I figured out the switch to turn on the dishwasher. the coffee pot has been great to boil hot water for tea. We didn't lose power at all. I protected your grill...

"I particularly enjoyed the outdoor and indoor water parks at this hotel. However, some aspects of the hotel were not perfect. We stayed on the 10th floor, and the bathroom was very small. There was no shower gel in the bathroom, which seemed to indicate that the cleaning staff did not check these products carefully."
