Message for inquires and special pricing for your event. Gather your friends and family at this private 80 Acre farmland with a private lakefront beach, wide open fields and grazing cattle. Our event space hosts weddings, birthday parties, baby showers, corporate events and much more. We provide an open space for you to create your desired party space along with tables, chairs and other furniture rentals. We have 3 other units on the property and can sleep a total of 24 people on the property.

You will have access to 3 homes for lodging, the venue space, private beachfront, fire pit and more.
Other things to note
Note-Pool Heating Fee: Pool heating is available upon request for an additional fee of $99 per day, with a 2-day minimum. Please notify us a minimum of 72 hours prior to arrival to arrange heating.

If you are bringing pets with you there will be a Pet Fee of $150 per pet, per stay.

If you are wanting to host an event at the home there will be additional fees and a quote will be provided to you once all the information on the event has been provided to us. If there is any additional guests after the booking guest count this qualifies as an event. Please message us to get prior approval for additional guests. Event Fee minimum is $350 per day. Inquire for custom pricing for your event.
