“Breakfast was pretty lame. Netflix didn't work. Jacuzzi took an hour to fill up amd luke warm. Room had musty smell. The staff was very nice, but the place itself is very basic. Also no coffee maker or tea. it's pretty I'm not home as I'm a big”

“Very friendly staff, nice pool. Food at the restaurant was really good too.”

“This hotel is a good deal for the price, but it is definitely a lower end place. The room was a good size, but again, worn around the edges. The food was not very good.”

“The place where it is located is cool because you feel in the jungle but the maintenance of the rooms is poor, there a clean enough but they are humid and need a bit of redoing, specially for what I was charged money wise. Good enough breakfast.”

“Ok for 1 night on way to Caribbean side.”

“If you want ultimate rainforest luxury and top level service you should stay here. Not to be missed. Raft in and out via the Pacuare river and be completely enveloped by the forest and river in the middle of nowhere while having high level meals breakfast, lunch and dinner, incredible adventure programs like zip lining through the canopy and repelling down little waterfall. Seriously. 1000% The food was top tier. The service was thoughtful and personal. The staff is amazing. And they have great……

“It´s a very beautiful place to stay on the way to Turrialba or some other attractions around like Turrialba volcano or the parapente.”

“Excellent colonial-style building with incredible natural surroundings, but the hotel looks neglected. The room was nice and spacious, but the bathroom smelled awful, like a sewer. I had to buy bleach and use it, but it didn't get rid of the smell. There was a leak in the sink and mold between the tiles and under the sink. I had to report it at the front desk, and they only provided one towel under after inspection. Also, the rooms didn't have air conditioning, and with the mosquitos, we……

“Beautiful house in a quaint location amongst coffee plantation. Higlighly recommended”

“El lugar no ofrece una experiencia agradable. 1.

“This is very quiet secluded location located about 1 mile in on a dirt road that really is not near anything. If you're looking for peaceful get away from everyone and everything location this is exactly right for you. The restaurant has a great view overlooking the lake but unfortunately the staff notified me that the lake is owned entirely by the electric generating company and that you're not allowed to use the lake in any way shape or form. The staff was very helpful and most of……
