Incredible loft located in the heart of Guadalajara, very close to the main points of interest. The loft offers high speed Wifi, coworking and gym in the facilities. Ideal for a central and comfortable stay.

For stays longer than 7 days, it is necessary to hire our weekly cleaning service, with a cost of $420 MXN per week.

The entrance to the lodge requires a damage deposit, you can select one of our two options:
1) One-time payment of $107 MXN.
2) Retention of $1,500 MXN that at the end of the stay is released in case of no damages (the reflection of this amount depends on your banking institution).

The Mexicaltzingo neighborhood is known for its traditional colonial architecture and temples, lush parks and gardens, rich historical gastronomic tradition, designer galleries and a wide range of modern amenities.

As in many traditional Mexican neighborhoods, Mexicaltzingo has its own local market, where you can sample typical cuisine, buy fresh produce and find a wide variety of handcrafted souvenirs.

Don't miss Guadalajara's famous “Nieves de Garrafa”, a delicious handmade fruit sorbet.

We love to welcome your furry companions! To ensure that everyone enjoys a comfortable stay, we apply a security deposit of $1,000 MXN when staying with pets under 15 kg. This fully refundable amount will only be used if any damage or mess arises during the stay.

Worst experience, ever, none of the showers heads work.We tried to contact the people in charge. Nobody respond.I went to buy a shower head, myself. So my wife and I can take a shower they never they never apologize. The cleaning off this place is never been done in a while.
