What stay?

Check in information was never sent by the property manager. When it came time to check in I could not get in contact with anyone from the property. I contacted VRBO and they could not get in contact with the property manager either. This left me, my mother, and grandmother stranded while 2 of us were sick.
Stayed 14 nights in Dec 2021
