“Loved the area around resort. Missoula is beautiful. Palm trees and jungle all the way up to beach and rocky shore. Beach area plenty of sand, very clean water does get deep quickly wading out. Very secluded, not many other bars, venues around you. Love the property. Lush, mature landscaping all around the pools. Adult, sports, family and kid pools. Pools were great, service pool side at adult pool were great. You can order whatever you want as long as your are specific about brand……

“Excellent resort all around. The staff are particularly wonderful and the whole facility is immaculately clean. The pool is large and didn’t feel full with shallow areas for kids. It is a smaller, family feel, non-party hotel which we liked. You can easily swim in the ocean out front of the hotel as well, nice and safe! Gracias Melia and staff!”

“There are very few restaurants to choose from. On the first day we arrived, we only had a buffet, and it was super invincible terrible. All other restaurants need to make an appointment and we are Expedia customers so there is no room service for us. I can't order food to my room. There are only two bottles of water in the room, no refrigerator, no other soda and beer are even more impossible. Anyway We won't come back again”

“This is an old hotel but rooms are sparking clean and updated, yet retain their charm. Pool area is great. Food options wonderful esp the cerviche lunch place on the beach. Birds around the pool and breakfast buffet are a problem- what about a falcon? Staff wonderful, esp Jose at reception, the spa manager whose name I did not get, Angel at the italian resto. I hope to come back! Thank you! ”

“Mainly stayed in the resort and did the Boat tour and the Port was very close so made it very convenient! Recommend going to Los Arcos and Colomitos beach - but snorkeling in March was not great! Air conditioning was good and the all inclusive Bar options were great! The pool was water was lukewarm to warm so was a different experience and definitely bring a tumbler with you as the drinks stay cooler or the plastic cups were filmsy and ice melted fast! The food was fresh and local which made it……

“A very nice resort that isn’t too big. Clean, kid friendly, air conditioning, daily activities and night shows. Great location with easy access to the port and to the center. There are options for eating outside the resort which is great for guests who choose not to use the all inclusive option. ”

“The Hotel Mio Adult Vallarta side only is wonderful due to no kids. The staff are professional and friendly. Their breakfast is ok, I feel there breakfast needs some improvement. There rooftop pool area has a beautiful view with plenty of shaded and open areas. It cost about $5. bucks to go to old town Malacone area by taxi and or Uber. Bring ear plugs due to peacocks that live in the trees next to the hotel. They make early morning noise. I wore earplugs and I didn’t hear them, and also for……

“The hotel was clean, staff was great, and the hotel is in a perfect location. The beach is beautiful, the pools are well kept & are lovely, and we love the area. My teens also loved the turtles they have in a pond too! However, the rooms are out dated and we found the beds uncomfortable and the showers got water all over the floor. Overall, a great stay!”
