Staff was great. Room very clean. We had some problems with our door not locking and go moved. Parking is a little difficult to drive out of. Be prepared to have your car hit the bottom if you drive out the back way.

The hotel is walkable distance to the craft market, which I loved. The free breakfast is delicious. They have chilaquiles, eggs, cereal, bread, and juices. I ate chilaquiles with eggs and bacon. Next time I am in Tonala, I will be staying at this hotel.

Excelente hotel, personal muy servicial, a las habitaciones les falta un poco de insonorización pero la cama e instalaciones cómodas, cerca de restaurantes para desayunar con las 3 B . También cuenta con restaurante en la planta baja. Amplio recomiendo

El hotel es nuevo, sumamente limpio y amplio; el personal, muy amable! Sin embargo, las habitaciones no cuentan con vasos, ni agua ni cafetera. Las almohadas son altas y duras, aunque la ropa de cama es muy buena.
