WE LOVED OUR STAY AT THE HYATT!!

Our hotel stay was amazing! The food was also amazing, we had brunch at the Cassola restaurant. We also had brunch on Sunday at the lounge and it was also amazing. We loved our stay at the Hyatt.

We had a good stay in general. Loved the Regency Club amenities. We were very disappointed to not room service until after 3:00 pm the first day. We were very tired and wanted to rest. They advertise a heated pool, each day it was cold outside in the afternoon. The hallways are very dark. The shower does not have an assist bar and the shower floor is very slippery.

Well overall the Hyatt chain is top notch so we can agree upon that. So on my last evening at the Hyatt Regency I decided to eat on the Terrace in the lounge Bar restaurant and had myself a beautiful white fish grilled to perfection and overall beautiful experience. Irving my waiter of the evening made the experience even better with his jovial personality alongside his professionalism and ability to engage and communicate in a professional improper manner was most endearing as well as a personal experience and Personal Touch to my evening with the Hyatt Regency so thank you very much Irving. I'll give him a promotion it is well worth it. Plenty of potential in this fine young man in his early 30s. Muchas gracias Hyatt regency por todo el staff profesional del hotel!!!! :-))
