We really enjoyed our stay! The staff was very helpful and friendly! The room was cleaned daily to include mopping the tile floors! Breakfast was delicious and reasonably priced! Even did our laundry for a small fee!

one of the worse hotel experiences in Guadalajara. the high reviews are misleading. here is why and the strongest reason at bottom Before you walk into the hotel there is a very bad smell of urine outside the hotel door Most of the time, the front door is locked and you need to call the number at the door to get the host to come down and open door/greet you. hot water only from 7AM -11AM anytime outside that you need to call the host and ask them to turn on which they do for 30 min increments interior construction is poor quality (pics attached) biggest reason., there is a STRONG STENCH of feces/urine in the whole hotel. My guess is there is some major sewage problem (exposed sewage or backup of sewage) that is lingering in the whole building. At first i thought it was stale air and opening the windows would fix this. No matter how much you open windows, ventilate etc, that smell stays in the room. Impossible to vent it out when its generated from within the building. Im not sure where its originating from in the hotel but its STRONG and not something you can ignore. I slept for one night and ran away. Developed a sore throat almost like the symptoms of a sickness. Obvoulsy i cant take pics of a Smell, however here are some actual pics that shows the quality of construction. This is the REAL hotel, not the fancy pics the hotel puts up that hides all the problems.

Me encantó la atención del Sr. Ramiro que es quien atiende. El lugar está muy bien ubicado y es muy agradable. Lo único que me hubiese gustado es que cambiaran más seguido las sabanas, ya que de las 3 noches que estuve ahí no nos las cambiaron ningún día (tampoco lo pedimos)

Un agradable lugar al centro de la ciudad donde llegar a relajarse y distraerse del resto del mundo, las habitaciones son amplias, agradables, cuentan con muy buen servicio, los alrededores hay varios bares donde llegar a festejar y si son de buen sueño no tendrán problema en conciliarlo pronto

Hotel con atención personalizada muy acogedor.

Nos agrado mucho la experiencia, ya que desde el inicio te recibe el socio Ramiro con muy buena atención y recomendaciones. El cuarto pequeño pero cómodo, la regadera con muy buena presión. La ubicación muy céntrica, caminando llegas estás a unas cuadras de todo lo principal del centro de la ciudad.

Me gusto mucho la ubicación, la habitación esta muy limpia, comoda la cama, el baño con agua caliente. El anfrition muy gradable y servicial. Lo unico que incomodo son las escaleras para quiene tienen dificultad es pesado subirlas, falta en el cuarto alguna plancha de ropa, y donde colgar la ropa ya que no hay donde.

Don’t judge a book by its cover!

Being our first time traveling to Guadalajara, we weren’t aware of the location of this hotel. It’s located right in smacking downtown (which is why we chose it - everything was walking distance). However, it’s located in an area where buildings were graffitied and homeless folks were sort of hanging out (sort of SF vibes). We were initially concerned but ended up staying there anyway and it turned out to be a pretty cool place! The owner, Ramiro, was very pleasant and a really nice person all the way around. It’s a hotel of only about 5 rooms - not your typical hotel. I will definitely be staying here again!!!
