We love Hotel La Rotonda it’s very convenient to walk around to the centro and other many shopping centers.
Staff is always very nice they also have really good breakfast in there little store.

Great location within walking distance to all the shopping at El Centro. Centric for transportation. The hotel has a charm to it due to its age but it also lacks some of the modern amenities I expected.

Staff had minimal/no English and I can peck at words in Spanish so for the most part could make it work. They tried their very best with a smile.
Very good coffee shop, I’m sorry I forget his name but he did speak English and was very helpful.
In little convenience store you could get cold drinks,Chips etc. also order breakfast. It was very good
We liked our room. The shower was very weak and just warm. Not good if you have long hair.

The building is beautiful but it needs to be taken care broken floors the bathroom and the furniture very outdated. The service was ok. The room needs air conditioner when it get hot the fan does help

IT NEEDS SOME RENOVATIONS. OLD TV, NOT FLAT SCREEN. BED IS NOT THAT CONFORTABLE. THEY NEED TO INVEST IN BETTER AMENNITIES TO COMPETE WITH OTHER REALLY GOOD HOTELS IN THE AREA THAT HAVE SIMILAR RATE PER NIGHT. STAFF IS VERY FRIENDLY AND LOCATION IS GREAT.

Not good. - Warm (not hot) water from shower
bathroom is OLD and dated.
Bed could be more comfortable (I could feel the springs)
