The room was clean, but there is no additional room service once you check in. The hotel feels safe as far as being limited to only your assigned floor. It’s inconvenient to have to use your room card for light especially when you both have to step out.

El desayuno era razonable y la atención del personal muy buena. Lo que no me agradó tanto fue el tamaño de la habitación porque no tenía buen espacio para poder trabajar. Además falta mejor espacio para la ropa.

El check in fue rapido y el personal atiende muy bien y de buena gana, el bell boy de la noche muy gentil. Las areas de oportunidad: la habitación tiene todo amontonado, hay poco espacio para moverse, mi esposa se tropezó un par de veces con el tope de la puerta que está justo por donde debe pasar uno hacia la salida de la habitación, la ventana no cerraba bien y se escuchaba mucho ruido afuera (no pedí que la revisaran porque llegamos ya en la madrugada al hotel y salimos a la mañana siguiente), las camas están muy blandas en las orillas (colchones ya viejos), las almohadas están duras, la llave del lavabo sólo daba agua caliente, la fría salía muy poco, se escucha todo del pasillo y entre habitaciones. El desayuno con buen sabor pero MUY limitado en opciones, los waffles te los cobran aparte, no tienen protector de cartón para los vasos del café y el vaso te quema con el café recién servido. Sinceramente por el precio conviene más la cadena de Microtel que ONE ... Cumple su función pero tienen mucho para mejorar. Reitero mi respeto y agradecimiento al personal, muy buena atención.
