“Place is nice. If you are 3 couples staying the main house it will be fine. With more people, needing to occupy the guesthouse, be advised that it is not up to the same standard and in need of a reno. The view of the beach is limited unless you are on the elevated balcony of the guesthouse. The Staff were helpful but they were walking on eggshells. ”

“We had an amazing stay, the Villa is across the street from Playa Langosta and just down the road from some great restaurants- El Sapo pizza, the Surf Club, Fish & Cheeses and a local convenience store - well stocked but not inexpensive. The villa itself is very comfortable with a good-sized main floor. Two nice rooms on the second floor, each with ensuite. The third floor has a large bedroom with ensuite, the only trick is that the ‘4th’ bedroom is on that floor, and it’s connected to the……

“We just spent 10 days at Pueblo Colonial and it was a great place to stay. The pool was right outside our door and we could walk to everything. The property managers, Facundo and Sonia were also very attentive and helped with anything we needed. I would definitely recommend staying here.”

“This villa was absolutely amazing! We were a group of 6 for a friends birthday celebration. We had the best time. The house is just beautiful. We saw monkeys a few times. The pool is so nice. We spent so much time enjoying the outdoor space. An easy 20 minute drive to get to Tamarindo beach. Antonio was wonderful to work with. Thank you so much for an amazing vacation! ”

“Very nice property with a lot of space on fenced in compound. You are beach level unlike some properties in this area which are on a bluff. Beautiful view with easy access to beginner surfing break. The courtyard immediately outside the gate is a publicly used area - much of the time for a couple of massage tables which can be a nice perk! Very close to restaurants and shops though we found having a golf cart to be very helpful. Be aware there are two separate buildings on this property, which……

“We had a great stay here! The views were incredible and the pool was amazing! It is definitely a longer walk to the beach but we had a car so it was no worries at all. It is an apartment not the whole unit as we thought the listing said but it didn’t really matter to us we were happy with our stay with Sherry! Thanks again!”

“Condo was excellent and very well stocked. Sheets could be upgraded soon. Each is amazing for walking. Ocean is great with a very sandy bottom. I would recommend a golf cart rental for getting into town for dinners and groceries. Our fave restaurant was Surf Box Would recommend Palms !! ”
