Apartment very well located in the center of the seaside resort, quiet in the heart of Place Porticada. Superb apartment on the 4th and last floor with elevator 200 meters from the sea and its magnificent white sand beaches, 50 meters from restaurants, 250 m from the magnificent Sofia and Alphonso park and not far from the marina and the local market and its flea market.
The spacious apartment (100 m 2) has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.
There is internet (4G broadband wifi), multi-channel TV + DVD.
The first bedroom has 1 King Size double bed 160x200 cm and gives direct and private access to the bathroom.
The second has 1 double bed plus 1 sofa.
The 3rd bedroom with 2 single beds. There are 3 dressing rooms.
All rooms have a ceiling fan.
Spacious living room with air conditioning plus a large south-facing terrace of 12 m 2 with a beautiful open view of the Porticada square.
Above the apartment a collective solarium of 500 m 2 with a sea view awaits you to perfect your tan.

The apartment was very clean and tidy, with comfortable beds. Well stocked with crockery, glasses and kitchen utensils.The balcony overlooks a central plaza, and in September gets a lot of afternoon sun.Within easy walking distance of the lovely beach, and all bars and restaurants.The host was very friendly and helpful - and spoke very good English.In all, a great holiday experience.

No es un apartamento de lujo.Algunos enseres y elementos del mobiliario estan rotos, deteriorados o son muy viejos. 3rd great stay

This is the 3rd time we have stayed here in five years during the month of October. Betty has made some improvements to the flat in the last year especially with the new kitchen being installed. The location to the beach and park is perfect for my family. Would love to return.

Lovely apartment, lovely location.

The apartment was well situated, in a lovely square surrounded by plenty of bars and restaurants on 200 mts from the sea front, which again had loads of bars, the beach was beautiful but beware if you have a dog they are not allowed on the beach. The apartment was well equipped with everything you need for a short or long stay with a superb fridge freezer so you could do just one good shop to fill up 3 bedrooms/2bathrooms/ a lounge and balcony, whats not to like. .Thank you Betty for guiding us through to Isabelle who looked after us, Oh and there is also a parking spot. Fab place do not hesitate to book especially if you have a pet.

Spacious apartment which was very well equipped. We stayed with a couple of dogs for 2 months February and March. Sun on the balcony during the day was a lovely welcome to the day. Short walk to the beach.

Les propriétaires, Betty et Jean François sont à votre écoute, très arrangeants, hyper gentils. Nous avons été reçus par Laurence. Idem super gentille, agréable, chaleureuse. L'appartement est comme sur les photos, spacieux et bien équipé. L'immeuble est calme et très propre. Proche de la plage, ville calme et agréable. Proche d'Alicante et de Torrevieja. Nous étions 7, 3 adultes et 4 enfants. Je vous conseille vivement cette location. Betty ( la propriétaire) m'a même proposer de prendre mon temps pour faire le check out. Tout a été au top. Merci infiniment pour votre accueil, ça fait tellement de bien de rencontrer de belles personnes. Prenez soin de vous

Abreisezeitpunkt sollte 11.00 Uhr sein. Leider stand um 9.45 Uhr ein Handwerker an der Haustür, der nur spanisch sprach- und ist dann - ohne dass wir wussten warum, zum Badezimmer ging und die Duschwand ausbaute. Dann klningelte noch eine Dame - die aber auch einen Schlüssel hatte - mit zwei weiteren Personen? Wir haben dann die Wohnung vorzeitig verlassen. Die Wohnung ist allerdings super eingerichtet. Es fehlte an nichts. Wir würden die Wohnung jederzeit wieder buchen.

I stayed here last year. Great apartment great location, few things need attention which I believe are being sorted by the hosts. Good communication with any issues. Mains water problem within the block left us having to use the one toilet as it created a blockage to ensuite. Fortunately it was only the last couple of days and was to be sorted when we left

Great location. Good communication with the host. Easy and friendly check in and out process. The apartment was nice , if a little tired , but to be fair this is reflected in the price . My only observation would be the lack of air con or floor fans as night time temperatures are high in the mid summer. But all in all a very pleasant stay and would recommend this place

One month of heaven

This spacious apartment was exactly as expected. It has the best equipped kitchen of anywhere we have stayed. Sunny balcony even in December and very well located for restaurants and a beautiful beach. We took our bikes but wouldn't say it is very well served for oldies who don't like using roads. We did cycle in the local park several times. Th a l you Betty for a great stay.

Another fantastic stay!

This was our 2nd time staying here and once again we loved it. The apartment is so spacious and well equipped. The location could not be better in relation to the beautiful and clean beach 5 mins walk) and the wonderful, unique park located 5 minutes walk away also. My two little girls loved this holiday. Lovely relaxing holiday

Perfect location. Perfect apartment. We loved the view from the spacious balcony especially at night and listen to the local children playing and laughter. Your apartment has everything you could possibly need. Beautifully clean and greeted by Isabelle.
