Front apartment with large balcony, parking space, excellent location! 150 meters from the beach and partial sea view.

Bedrooms with ceiling fan, fitted wardrobes, service area, planned kitchen, TV, WiFi, bathrooms with box blindex. Other details can be seen through the photos or via email.

Excellent commerce in a radius of 150 meters, such as: bakery, pharmacies, hortifruti, ice cream shops, kiosks on the boardwalk, butchers, mini market, fresh fish market, pizzeria, restaurants, permanent handicraft fair, general clothing stores; all without the need to use a car.

Comments:

Table, bed and bath linens are not provided; they must be taken by the guest.
