Casa Guaruja

Foi uma decepção, a água acabou no terceiro dia, a casa com as paredes mofadas, os espelhos e sofás manchados, as portas lascadas, não tem lava louça como nas fotos, alias, essas fotos estão bem desatualizadas pois mostram outra realidade. O anfitrião esqueceu o dia da minha chegada.

Foram dias muito agradáveis e ensolarados. A casa é como na descrição do locatário, bem arejada e muito espaçosa, nos sentimos muito confortáveis, próximo a praia da Enseada e mercados, a caseira Sra. Ana nos recebeu bem, obrigada. Os únicos pontos que pediria atenção é sobre a limpeza da piscina e a falta de informação que não tem agua potável para beber (tivemos que comprar agua todos os dias). No anuncia diz que tem maquina de lavar para uso dos hospedes, mas na vdd não tem. Peço rever a atualizar o anuncio. No mais, muito obrigada, eu e a minha família amamos d+ os dias que passamos neste local, praia e piscina fazem toda diferença...

Casa perfeita!!!

Estive hospedada na casa no carnaval de 2015 com uma turma de amigos, e justamente pela casa oferecer conforto, voltei a me hospedar de 30/01 à 06/02 com a família! Todos adoraram! A casa é espaçosa e bem arejada. O proprietário é super atencioso. Assim como o casal de caseiros, que além de ser atenciosos, são prestativos. Sempre mantinham a casa em perfeito estado! Gostamos muito e com certeza se tivermos oportunidade, retornaremos! Só uma sugestão, os colchões deveriam ser trocados, pois alguns estão em péssimo estado. Assim seria possível mais conforto e um melhor descanso aos hóspedes!

Casa da Enseada

Desde de o primeiro contato o proprietário da casa foi muito atencioso, a minhas ferias passei a maior parte do tempo na casa pois só pegamos chuva então deu pra curtir bastante, a casa que é bem aconchegante tem horas que não da nem vontade de sai pra ir à praia heheh e sim ficar ali perto da churrasqueira pois a casa e muito bonita e de bom gosto moveis muito bonitos, decoração tem tudo oque precisa na cozinha nos quartos enfim tudo para nossa comodidade. ......alguns pequenos problemas tem até nas melhores famílias hehe que eram uma descarga de um banheiro entupida e a do banheiro da piscina não estava funcionando uma porta do quarto pegando mas tudo coisa simples que comunicamos ao caseiro e que provavelmente já providenciaram o concerto.... Sugestões: Umas das coisa que mudaria na casa era um aquecedor de água quente pra piscina porque sem sol a água fica um gelo, e agente nunca sabe quando vai estar sol ou não e o aquecedor resolveria isso.... e um muro dividindo a casa da locação da casa dos caseiro por que apesar de não nos atrapalhar em nada algumas pessoal do grupo se incomodaram com a presença de pessoas desconhecidas ali no meio... E colocaria um radio ali na churrasqueira com USB pois agente tinha carro com som mais o carro não fica tão próximo a parte da churrasqueira pois a casa e grande então tem que aumentar bastante pra escuta oque poderia incomodar aos vizinhos e um radio ali na churrasqueia já ficariam ambiente. Mas enfim foi tudo muito bom tirando a chuva e já recomendei a minha família e amigos que quando viram fotos já perguntaram e já estamos planejando uma nova viagem agora em uma época que faça bastante sol heheh

Sr. Marco a casa é linda e aconchegante, igual as fotos, uma sugestão é que faça um muro dividindo a casa alugada da casa dos caseiros, eles são super educados e gentil, porém ficamos um pouco envergonhados, do mais está de parabéns.
