“The check-in process was unnecessarily complicated. A few days before arrival, I was told to call a number or go to a building that wasn’t clearly identifiable on Google Maps and wasn’t actually opposite the bus terminal as stated. On the day, I then received multiple WhatsApp messages about collecting the keys—difficult to manage without mobile data, meaning I had to find WiFi just to check in. On arrival, the floors had clearly just been mopped and were still wet, leaving footprints……

“La ubicación y vista del apto, espectacular. Apto moderno bien iluminado, bien en camas y ropa de cama. No obstante, al estar en via principal lleva ruido en la noche y madrugada (carros, motos, trafico, personas, etc). Ahora bien, de atención urgente, el mantenimiento en el apto por el olor a alcantarilla en el baño principal, cabina de baño auxiliar suelta y con peligro de quebrarse, silla de sala con forro totalmente roto.. mantenimiento urgente.”

“The room was beautiful with an amazing view. But we found cockroaches every morning in the apartment. Also we had a cut of power during one day and the hotel team just asked us to wait and be patient… so the service can really be improved for the host, we were a little bit disappointed. ”
