“Cockroaches in the room and in hallway. Ants on the bed. The sofa was more comfortable than the actual bed. Shower drain clogged. Great location but it’s very loud outside and I can hear my neighbors voices. ”

“The apartment was in poor condition. Ants, outlet covers broken, lock in the back door weak, the linen stained, no soap in the bathroom, no paper towels, the cabinetry in disrepair, no toilet seat, stained grout, the stove with rusty grates, pillows with mildew The apartment owner, who was not the person coordinating the rental, it was a third floor walk up with no elevator, and not the rental pictured. She was rude and disrespectful. During the night, there was a horrible fight in the street……

“I really enjoyed my stay at Kyux. The studio was very nice, spacious, and bigger than I expected — simple yet modern in design. The area was great as well, with local restaurants and a supermarket nearby, which made everything very convenient. It was easy to get around by taxi, and transportation was inexpensive. I would definitely stay here again without thinking twice!”

“Overall the condo was nice and the location was convenient, however the bed was extremely uncomfortable. It felt like sleeping directly on the springs, and unfortunately we experienced body aches during our entire 4-day stay. I did reach out to the host to ask if perhaps the mattress was missing or misplaced because there appeared to be a mattress stored underneath the bed, but I was informed that the bed was set up as intended. I would strongly recommend upgrading to a more comfortable mattress……
