A great place for an amazing vacation,getaway,venue or party!!!
Great sunrise or sunset you will catch from the property
The most wonderful part of the house is the 44ft. Pool just for you and your party!!!
Note:
We protect security of our guests. For this reason we have installed a security system. There are also the following outdoor cameras in use:
1. Outdoor camera front door black gate entrance (covering entry area ,first stairs)
2. Outdoor camera pool both sides right and left on top of the house (covering all pool area ,parking, and also beach gazebo and road)
3.Outdoor camera right side of the house in the door of MAINTANANCE CREW ONLY.
The house has ALEXA devices for your entertainment in kitchen and master bedroom ( camera at ALL moment IS and NEED to be OFF is NOT ALLOW to activate at any time)
Awesome for weedings,parties or get togethers (extra charge)
We do also have an extra Villa next to this house for up to 6 more persons(if needed)
Good place for surf,kite boarding and snorkeling , also to enjoy great food nearby the property (weekends always open) weekdays around 2 or 3 restaurants you will find open.

Family Vacation Getaway
Check In was super easy. Service was always on time. “Staying in this beautiful house was filled with beautiful memories. The location was perfect, the home was cozy and clean, and the host was always available to answer our questions. Highly recommended!”Beautiful quiet private beach property with beautiful views and beach sound waves. Can’t wait to book again!

Fantastic location and super helpful manager
Wonderful, open-floor-plan home right on the beach with a fabulous, well-maintained pool. The property manager was quick to respond to any questions and provided us with suggestions for nearby bakeries and anything else we asked about. The beds are comfortable and the air conditioning is nice and strong in the bedrooms. The towels are plentiful and they were happy to swap them out for us mid-week after lots of use at the pool. Aside from the beach in front of the property, there are also two public swimming beaches (although the whole coast is essentially public-access) that are a short drive away. There are a number of restaurants with Puerto Rican specialties right down the street, and Rex Cream, our favorite ice cream shop, is a short drive away in Guayama. We were very happy with our stay and highly recommend this listing. You will have a amazing stay here!

Chill and Relaxing
The property needs an AC in the area that covers the kitchen, dinning and living room since it was extremely hot when cooking. Real barbecue grill needed. Overall we had an excellent time. Best manager ever.
