Great location,spacious room with lot of storage,loved the balcony with table and chairs. Bed was very comfortable.Breakfast was ok. Negative thing- Staff doesn’t speak English.Staff wasn’t very friendly(all the men working at the reception). Only friendly person working there was woman with curly hair who made effort to communicate through phone translation.

Hotel muito simples, não vale o preço

A chegada já é complicada: não tem nenhuma placa do hotel ou indicação de onde é a entrada (que é apenas uma porta). O quarto (e todo o resto do hotel) é muito simples e básico, e não é novo. Não há um abajur, e só há um interruptor para a luz, perto da porta. Pelo menos em um quarto o banheiro é ridiculamente mal projetado: a porta não abria totalmente pois batia na pia, e para usar a pia era necessário fechar a porta para acessar a pia que ficava atrás da porta. O sinal do wi-fi era fraco, e a conexão lenta. O café da manhã não é bufet, é servido um prato com torradas, ovos, suco e café. É o suficiente, mas não espere fartura como em outros hoteis. De ponto positivo há a localização, bem no centro e próximo das atrações e de todo tipo de comércio.

Don’t let the pics fool you.

Don’t let the pictures fool you; the place looks run down, there are stains on the walls, missing paint, chipped doors, broken furniture, dirty shower, etc. The breakfast is ridiculously basic. We had booked an executive room (with a balcony) and we got a regular room. They refused to move it to another room (apparently they overbooked their executives?) but also refused to refund us the price difference. Also the neighborhood is really dodgy the minute it gets dark. Stay away.

Great hotel!

Very positive experience! Staff was friendly and attentive. Room was super nice and clean. From the outside the hotel looks not very welcoming, but it’s actually very modern inside. Location couldn’t be better. Just in the middle of the city and still it is quiet during the night. Size of the bed was massive! Never had such a huge bed. Although the mattress is a bit too soft for my taste. We booked with breakfast which was ok. Will definitely come back!

Very nice stay

Everyone was very nice, helped me up the stairs with my bag. Also, spoke English which was good for me. Near the main street and Malecon, so lots to eat! I felt safe walking around alone. They even made me an early breakfast, and brought it to my room, before my early flight. Also called a taxi to the airport for me. And the room was nice, had everything I needed, including A/C, internet and hot water!

It was very nice, especially after being remodeled. Comfortable and everyone there was very kind and accommodating. We had a problem with our shower drain that first night and after informing them they fixed it right away. They were also knowledgeable of the area, so if it is your first time there they can definitely tell you the best places to go.

Room didn't look as expected

The pictures looked way different than the actual room. The bed frame was ripped up and not pleasant looking. The wifi didn't work at all in the room. The man at the front desk was very kind and friendly though.

Un hotel aceptable, con algunas precisiones que apuntar. Lo primero es que la recepción está en el primer piso alto y el hotel no tiene ascensor. Así que si no se tiene equipaje no hay inconveniente, pero si es incomodo si se tiene maletas. Por lo demás, muy aceptable. céntrico.
