“Staff and shuttle driver were friendly and helpful and room was clean. Property was rather noisy as two events were in progress. Staff did accommodate my request for a quieter room but not the best place to stay if you need quiet (especially on the weekends).”

“Loved Hacienda! A beautiful stay only 15 mins from the airport but felt like you were surrounded by pure nature in a different world than the city of Quito. The walk on the trails is stunning, and the history is fascinating to learn how the owners discovered the tunnels on site and the Incan history connected to it. Oscar is so knowledgeable on the history!
Beautiful rooms, amazing food, the grounds are so peaceful it’s hard to think you are in Quito, lots of wild coloured birds, so many……

“The staff were great. The airport shuttle worked very well and breakfast was good. The shower and bathroom was very nice. Filtered water was available in the office and the grounds were nice with places to sit.
The room was pretty small by tolerable. We highly recommend this hotel.”
