I had 30/40cm to get into the shower, not nice. Also, the wc very close to the radiator/heating. My left knee was touching it. Considering it was hot, i could not sit comfortably at the wc. The house is located very secluded in a small valley, accessible via a 2 km long gravel road, which is in good condition. A nearby beautiful natural bathing place with a dammed creek brings some traffic during the day.
