“I booked this place expecting a regular private condo as advertised, but it turned out to be a shared apartment with two other guests. I had to share the bathroom and kitchen, which was never mentioned clearly on the website. The owner refused a refund when I tried to cancel, even though the pictures online were completely different from the actual property.
