A lovely hotel which was super quiet in an immaculately clean room. I appreciated the upgrade to a double bed room as as well as the delightful molten brown toiletries. I would definitely recommend if visiting Guildford the town centre is on the doorstep of the hotel.

One night stay due to massive Heathrow Airport flight cancellations and airline made a change to London Gatwick airport. Staff was welcoming at check in, in the very late hour of the night. Room had great amenities. I noticed it had extra fans in the closet (guessing due to the recent heat wave). Clean hotel but wondered as I found the previous occupant's hat just under the bed cover overhang on the floor. Breakfast was great. location was nice. easy walk to various shops. quiet area.

I would like to say that the Duty Manager Louis was one of the most helpful members staff I have met recently and went beyond his duty to accommodate my needs. He is an asset to the hotel. The hotel is ideally situated in the town with great restaurants not far and walkable to all shops and pubs.
