“We’ve been going to the gulf for 30 years and to different cities. This is one of top 3 condos and units we have rented. The host was kind and informative and even left us a welcome gift. The condo was clean, located very close to ocean for a short walk and island pace at Navarre was perfect.”

“THE LOCATION TO OUR EVENTS WAS PERFECT, HOME WAS CLEAN AND CONVENIENT TO A LOT OF SHOPS AND RESTAURANTS AND OF COURSE THE BEAUTIFUL BEACH.”

“There were a few things that needed some repair. The mini blind in the bedroom had some broken strands and there is nothing else to block the view from the outside walkway. That needs to be replaced and a curtain hanging there would also be helpful as the mini blind didn’t reach completely from side to side. The molding at the bottom of the outside of the tub either needs replaced or repainted as it had permanent dark marks on it that made it appear dirty.”

“The owners left a nice gift and note that I received upon my arrival. The condo was clean and nicely decorated. They were out of town but called to make sure I could get in at 1am because the door was giving them an error message. Nice to know they cared enough to make sure I wasn’t stuck outside even though they were many miles away and I was tucked snuggly in bed.”

“San Souci was perfect for us! I have stayed at San Souci numerous times and the condo was great. The property owner was very easy to work with and stayed in touch. The access was a breeze with codes being sent for gate and room with no struggles of checking in or out at a different location. It was very clean and appeared to be recently painted and remodeled with the cutest decorations and all comfortable bedding and couches. There were enough items to accommodate us for a few days and a washer……

“This condo was great! A full kitchen with every appliance and dishes anyone would need, we even found food stuff that we forgot, such as olive oil and salt and pepper! The washer and dryer is right there on the balcony and the living room and bedroom is very roomy. Check in and check out was done via phone so you are actually in the condo before you have to worry about it. The Gulf is right across the road and you can call a golf cart for tips or catch a trolley to go anywhere on the island.……
