Welcome to our charming private 4-bedroom/3 bathroom retreat nestled in the heart of Gulf Breeze. Just a 5 minute drive to Pensacola Beach or a 5 minute walk to a local park. The house is perfect for families and friends seeking a memorable getaway. This private oasis boasts ample space for up to 14 guests, with cozy accommodations for 8 adults 6 kids. Step inside to discover a thoughtfully designed haven featuring 3 full bathrooms, ensuring everyone’s comfort and convenience throughout their stay. The open kitchen invites culinary adventures, is equipped with modern appliances, and has ample seating for communal meals.

Outside, the entertainment possibilities are endless. Have fun with your friends and family at an amazing putt-putt course, take a refreshing dip in the pool(which can be heated), unwind in the bubbling hot tub, or gather around the crackling fire pit for evenings filled with laughter and storytelling under the stars. Retreat to the enclosed porch to relax for play the PS5 or Arcade Games. With its unbeatable location and plethora of amenities, our home promises an unforgettable retreat for all ages.

The pool can be heated to between 85-90 degrees for $35 per night.

Fantastic property. Very convenient drives to downtown Pensacola nightlife as well as public beach access. Lots of comfortable beds, large pool, video games, and TV’s, not to mention the fifteen holes of mini-golf!
