Gulf Shores Surf and Racket Club 301C with fantastic sunrise and sunset views from the 2 balconies in the unit...The unit has a lovely bedroom with a queen bed..gorgeous bedding..flat screen TV......private sunrise balcony ...the room is private and closes off from the rest of the condo. The remodeled well equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare a great meal of your choice...The counter tops are finished in granite with white cabinetry...There is bar for casual meals as well as a dining table...The living room has a flat screen TV as well as a beautiful couch that converts into a super comfy queen sleeper bed...The balcony off of the den area looks over our gorgeous tropical pool area...as well as offers a drop dead due west Gulf Shores sunset over our pier and the Little Lagoon....Located 3.3 miles west of hwy 59 at The Hangout in Gulf Shores...2 night minimum stay year round. Parking pass purchased by guest at the on-site office: 25.00, limit 2. minimum age to rent is 25 years old. condo is 550 square ft. 1832 West Beach Blvd. Gulf Shores,AL 36542

Short get away for a tennis weekend

Property was well maintained , great location for those wanting to boat and have fun on the lagoon. Beach access right across the street . Condo was clean and has a nice view facing west over the lagoon .. we enjoyed our stay there.

Weekend Getaway

My husband and I were looking for a quiet weekend getaway. This place was perfect for us. I was a little nervous abut the location since we always stay on the beach and this one was across the road. However, the beach access bridge made getting there safe and easy and was actually closer to the beach than some of the beachside condos we have stayed in before. Would definitely stay again!

Nice place, great location

This was a nice little condo with very pretty views. It’s a great location, close to the beach and just a few minutes from a lot of restaurants and shops. It’s nice that you’re close to everything you need without being smack in the middle of all of it. The host was very nice and very quick to reply to messages.

Everything was great and the condo was adorable. Very comfortable and nice. Everyone there was nice even the guest. Me and my two teenage boys highly enjoyed it. I will definitely be scheduling another visit.

Excellent accommodations

Our condo, 301C, was perfect for just us with one bedroom and 1 bath. It proved to be a bit small, however, when our friends came to visit and we needed separate places to change for dinner. 😐 the rental process was easy and the location was very good. The grounds were immaculate at all times and staff was helpful and appeared to take pride in keeping the property well maintained. We would certainly stay here again.

Perfect Spot across the street from the beach

Our 4 year old had a blast. He slept in the pullout bed and loved having his "own" balcony. I don't really care about amenities while on vacation because I don't plan to do much more than sleep there. That said, the place was clean, accommodating, and the host was very responsive. We would absolutely stay there again for our next visit.

Beautiful Sunset Views!

My family and I enjoyed our vacation and loved staying at this condo!! Meagan’s condo was perfect with beautiful decor, all the necessities, and breathtaking sunsets from the balconies! The short walk across to the beach was great and the pool, hot tub, and piers at the bay were fun! We grilled out at the club’s grilling area which was very close to the room. Meagan was very helpful with questions and I would recommend this condo.

Birthday Trip

The place is a little older and some things need repair. DEFINITELY could have done without the noise of contractors working ALL night keeping us awake. But over all we would definitely choose to stay there again. The owner was very easy to deal with and pleasant. Would recommend this place to others.

Great place!

This was our first time staying in and end unit one bedroom. Since my wife and I were the only ones, it was great! TWO balconies! This is so important in the summer since I like sitting on them and not getting fried by the sun and still seeing the lagoon and sunset. We’ll be coming back!

Great for kids

My 13 year old son and I stayed during his baseball Global World Series. The pool was a great attraction since we stayed on the cusp of hurricane season and it was double red flags for a good portion of our stay. Quite a few boys from other teams stayed at this same condo community.

Great olace

The condo was perfect size for our family of 4. We had everything we needed (except a trash can in the bathroom. Lol). People were so nice and the beach was a simple walk across the street. We will definitely be back.

A Gem!

The condo was very clean and well stocked with kitchen utensils and cookware, bathroom was a bit small but the tub/shower was very nice! I loved the balcony off the bedroom for the sunrises and the back balcony for the sunsets. Beautiful!!! The pool area was very beautiful and I love all the beautiful flowers in and surrounding the pool area! My husband and I fished every day from the pier. I love the fact that there is a cleaning station and I love that the pier is very sturdy. Overall my husband and I had a wonderful stay!

Absolutely perfect

Stayed 6 nights. The pool/hot tub area is perfect, even has a tiki bar. Fishing on the back docks, or go .5 miles east and fish the inlet. (This is where it's at) Beach is a short walk... mother nature wanted to through quite a bit of seaweed on the beach... but other than that the beautiful white sand... perfect waves. And of course picking up sea shells. Had to reach put to the owner to get the updated WiFi password and she responded within 10 mins.

Great Honeymoon!

Great building and unit! I love the towels! The views were amazing for sunrise and sunset. Everything in the unit worked great. The only concern I had was not with anything the owner could have done-- the tennis courts were closed still from a storm last year, totally understandable. When I asked the office person/front desk, I was greeted with some attitude. She first told us to come back because she was mopping and then upon our return told me I was only the 4th person to ask about the tennis courts in over a year and that most people come to Gulf Shores for the beach. Again this has nothing to do with the unit or owners---would recommend the unit and owners to anyone!

Shower liner needs to be changed out mildew at the bottom and there was hair on the floor in the bathroom . The outdoor hard plastic table needs to be thrown out . Falling apart and stained. But overall we enjoyed it . Just trying to be constructive. Thanks you were a great host .
